Rick Allen Bio
Rick grew up on a small family farm in rural Kansas where he first developed a love of music by learning to play piano by ear with his grandmother. He began playing drums in the 5th grade and picked up his first guitar at the ripe old age of 23. Music took a back seat to marriage and kids for several years as Rick focused on his family and career.
About 14 years ago, God blessed him with opportunity to play for his Church’s Praise Band where, depending on the need from week to week, Rick plays lead and rhythm guitar, bass guitar, drums, or keys.
In 2015, Rick joined The T. Ross Band where he is grateful to be part of such a great group of musicians and singers.
